Appeal Following Robbery In Bearwood

Police are appealing for information after a robbery and an attempted robbery took place on Bearwood High Street this morning (10 February).

Two masked men entered Iceland at around 8.30am and made threats to staff, however, they left empty handed.

At around 9.10am two masked men entered Poundland threatening staff and demanding access to the safe, before fleeing with a large amount of cash.

The offenders are believed to have left the area in a white Peugeot 2008.

Nobody was injured and at this stage, detectives are linking both incidents.
