Since the beginning of the #COVID19 pandemic, face to face courses for the National Driver Offender Re-training Scheme have been suspended, and we won’t be holding these for the foreseeable future.

We’ve introduced the option of completing your course online by accessing our digital classroom, but to do this we need you to get in touch with us to let us know that’s an option you’d like to take up, and to make the arrangements.

If you’re currently booked onto an NDORS classroom course in September and October, and you’re able to complete this online instead please contact us on:

Our phone lines are open 9am to 12:30pm Monday to Friday, and are extremely busy at the moment, but outside of these hours or if you can't get through please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you’re unable to complete your course online, or you want to decline the online offer, you’ll need to contact the original force who referred you to the scheme (you’ll find details of who this is on your original options letter). If this is South Wales Police, you’ll need to contact them on 01443 660402 (option 4) or by emailing SWPCTOSUPPORT@south-wales.pnn.police.uk.

If we don’t hear from you to book online, or to decline the offer, your booking on the scheme will be cancelled, refunded, and we’ll refer your case back to the original force.
