Aggravated Burglary In Wrexham

Two males have been arrested following an aggravated burglary at an address in Llys y Groes, Wrexham.

The incident happened at 2.33pm yesterday, 7th September, when the males entered the property and stole items of jewellery.

The female occupant of the address and her baby were taken to hospital as a precautionary measure following the incident.

Acting Detective Chief Inspector Eleri Thomas said: “Thankfully the mother and baby suffered minor injuries, following what is believed to be an isolated incident. Officers are in the vicinity today conducting reassurance patrols.”

The males currently remain in custody.
