A Powys library is asking people to tell them what it is they love about the romance novels of Mills and Boon. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

To celebrate ‘Love at the Library’, Mills and Boon have teamed up with Brecon Library to send a free book to everyone who posts a #LoveAtTheLibrary display photo or message from Brecon Library. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

There will also be a visit to Brecon Library from Lampeter-based Mills and Boon author Rachel Thomas, whose titles include A Deal Before the Alter, Claimed by the Sheik, Craving Her Enemy’s touch, New Year at the Boss’s bidding and more. She will be visiting Brecon Library between 11am and 1.30pm on Monday 25 July to sign and hand out copies of her latest book The Sheikh’s Last Mistress. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Cllr Graham Brown, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Library Services, said: “Libraries have always included ‘Romance’ as a reading genre and that is why we want to recognise popular romance literature – often an accessible and fun way to escape from the stress and strains of daily life while contributing to a sense of wellbeing for many.” ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

You can tweet your #LoveAtTheLibrary display photo at Brecon Library until the Saturday 30 July. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
