Mental Health Awareness Week – May 16-22
The Mental Health Foundation have this year based their theme around relationships, and the foundation are asking all their supporters to put forward a Relationships Resolution. Is there someone you could get in contact with again? Could you spend more time with friends/family/colleagues? Maybe you could offer to lend an ear to someone?
The foundation explains that relationships resolutions are there to encourage you to improve on your existing relationships. Have a think about what you could do, and in the spirit of Mental Health Awareness Week, submit your resolution online at https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/relationships/my-relationships-resolution.
There will also be a number of other campaigns across the UK from charities such as Mind at www.mind.org.uk and www.time-to-change.org.uk who are working hard to end mental health stigma.
