First Minister Wishes Good Luck To Welsh Sporting Stars In Rio De Janeiro Paralympics

First Minister of Wales Carwyn Jones has wished Welsh Paralympic athletes good luck as they prepare to compete at the Games in Rio de Janeiro. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“Wales will be well represented at the Paralympics in Rio over the next fortnight as we are again punching above our weight with our athletes making up 10% of ParalympicsGB. After the success of Welsh competitors in so many events at the Olympics, it is great to see the breadth of events, from Archery and Athletics to Fencing and Wheelchair Rugby, in which our athletes are taking part. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
