Resurfacing Work On Pentraeth Road, Menai Bridge, Begins Tomorrow (26.10.16)
The Highways Service has arranged works to resurface a section of the A5025 between the Fron Heulog Estate and the junction to Ty Mawr Estate, in Menai Bridge.
The works will begin tomorrow (Wednesday, October 26). Although the work has been scheduled to begin during the half term school holidays, it will take up to 9 days to complete all the necessary works and reinstate the new road markings.
The works have been carefully designed to minimise disruption, but due to the extremely heavy traffic volumes along this road the surface course cannot be laid until the following weekend on 5-6th November, 2016.
Hogan Ltd have been appointed to carry out the resurfacing and traffic lights will be in place.
These important and essential works, however we’d like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience they may cause.
