Business Roadshow Is Coming To North Wales

A roadshow to highlight the big difference small businesses make is coming to Denbighshire, the one and only stop in North Wales. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Small Business Saturday bus will visit Denbigh on Thursday, November 10 to promote the annual celebration of local traders. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Saturday, December 3 is designated Small Business Saturday, a major campaign which aims to raise the profile of small businesses in communities across the UK. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The bus is visiting Crown Square, Denbigh, between 10am and 2pm on November 10 and a host of Denbighshire businesses will be holding workshops, demonstrations, displays and seminars in the square and at Denbigh Town Hall. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The stop is the only visit in North Wales and the bus is also making appearances in Manchester, London and Birmingham. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Leader of Denbighshire, Councillor Hugh Evans OBE, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming the Small Business Saturday bus to Denbigh. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“The tour will help highlight the big difference that small businesses make and the unique kind of products and businesses people can access locally, right on their own doorstep, ahead of Small Business Saturday. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“We would encourage as many businesses in Denbighshire to take this opportunity to showcase themselves during what will be a great day in Denbigh. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Denbighshire County Council will support Small Business Saturday with a promotional campaign to remind people to support their local shops and businesses across the county. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
