A town councillor has been elected to represent Denbigh Upper ward on Denbigh Town Council, following a by-election held yesterday (Thursday, 4 February) ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
