Supplementary Planning Guidance – Community Safety

Council consults on Supplementary Planning Guidance on Planning for Community Safety ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Denbighshire County Council is seeking views on a supplementary planning guidance note (SPG): ‘Planning for Community Safety’. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

This note is intended to offer more detailed guidance which will assist members of the public, councillors and officers in discussions prior to the submission of planning applications and assist officers and Members in determining planning applications. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Copies of the document will be available for public inspection until 5pm on 28th November 2016in local libraries, one stop shops and here ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
