Councillor Bernie Attridge, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for the Environment welcomed the good news and said: ”The successful bids follow a robust and transparent process of scheme identification, which ensures that the most important schemes in the County are chosen to be put forward for funding. Each of the schemes will contribute to improving the safety and accessibility of Flintshire’s highway network, which remains one the highest priorities for this administration.’
All of the schemes will be completed by 31 March 2017.
