Meeting Of The Gwynedd Heritage Forum
The Gwynedd Heritage Forum will meet in the Llŷn Maritime Museum on Wednesday, 29 June at 5.30pm. This is an excellent opportunity for heritage organisations, community groups as well as individuals with an interest in the field to meet and share information.
The Forum was set up following a workshop between Storiel ( previously Gwynedd Museum and Art Gallery) and partners with the purpose of encouraging and enabling the public, private and third sector in heritage to work together. The aim is to create opportunities for heritage professionals, societies and charities to share information, good practice, develop skills in the sector as well as being a shop window for Gwynedd’s heritage.
There will be a chance to learn more about the Llŷn Maritime Museum as well as discussing good practices and sharing experiences with Dr Shaun Evans on behalf of the North East Wales Heritage Forum.
There is a welcome for anyone who is interested to attend, and if so please contact Megan Corcoran, Storiel’s Community Heritage Officer to reserve a space.
