Community Asset Transfer Opportunities For Blaina District Office And Bridge Street, Ebbw Vale

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is seeking to establish whether there is interest for two former administrative buildings to be potentially considered as a Community Asset Transfer. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The buildings available for Community Asset Transfer are: ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

  • Blaina District Office; A two storey building comprising 406m2 of former office accommodation. This includes one large open plan office to the rear of the building, which was previously used as a Council Chamber. The building is located on Blaina High Street, NP13 3XD.
  • Bridge Street Offices; a two storey building comprising 1116m2 of former office accommodation. This is located on Bridge Street, Ebbw Vale, NP236EY.
