Emergency Road Closure – Pontygwindy Road, Caerphilly

Emergency Road Closure at Pontygwindy Road, Caerphilly – Investigation of a damaged culvert under Pontygwindy Road, Caerphilly (just off the Pwllypant roundabout near the access to Catnic) has identified the need for an immediate road closure. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

A diversion is in place (see plan below) and works should be completed tomorrow (31st August). ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
