Llancaich Fawr Dawn Chorus Walk

Rise early on Saturday 30th April and come along to Llancaich Fawr to take part in a guided walk and welcome the dawn chorus. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Starting at 5am, the walk will take place around the grounds of Llancaiach Fawr Manor. Walkers will be able to listen to and watch the appearance of the daytime species of birds and see the night shift pack up. There is also a possibility of seeing night owls and bats go back to roost as the sun comes up. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Suitable clothes and sturdy shoes are advisable and binoculars would be useful. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The walk costs £5.00 per person. The price includes a bacon roll and a cup of tea or coffee. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
