Newbridge Leisure Centre Triumphs Once Again In Their ‘Quest’ For Excellence

Newbridge Leisure Centre’s dedicated team have once again been awarded a national quality award called Quest. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Quest award thoroughly assesses the leisure service, including health and safety, hygiene and customer care through mystery visits and an on-site assessment. A number of strengths were identified during the inspection including health and safety and customer experience as well as the mystery visit report. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Quest is the UK quality scheme for sport and leisure facility management and is the recognised industry standard, endorsed by governing bodies such as Sport Wales and the institute of Sport and Recreation Management. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
