Owl And The Pussycat Visit Blackwood This Half Term

Blackwood Miners’ Institute presents a half term show for all ages. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

On Wednesday 26 October, The Owl and the Pussycat’s Treasury of Nonsense will begin at 11am with another show commencing at 2pm. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The story begins with the Owl trying to write his greatest masterpiece, but the Pussycat is up to her usual mischievous tricks again. Soon the two delve into their magical worlds and meet new friends along the way. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Suitable for children aged 3 and above, the imaginative show is a feast for the eyes, ears and the imagination. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Tickets cost £3.50 per child and £4.50 per adult or £14.00 for a family ticket. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The showing at 2pm will be a relaxed performance specifically designed for children and young people with autism and learning disabilities as well as sensory and communication disorders. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
