Picnic In The Park And Marvellous Mynyddislwyn

Come along and Picnic in the Park on Saturday 17th September at Riverside Park in Trethomas. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The picnic will be held in the park’s meadow from 12pm until 4pm, where families and friends can enjoy their lunch in fantastic surroundings. Visitors can also take part in corn dolly making and other activities. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Parking is available off Pant Glas Industrial Estate. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Enjoy a walk throughout the enchanting countryside of Mynyddislwyn while taking in some of nature’s finest views on Saturday 17th September at 10am. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

This free event is a part of Valleys Walking Festival and is a medium to difficult walk of approximately 10km. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Walkers are to meet at Twyn Gwyn Road car park, Cwmfelinfach. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
