Normal service resumed: Technical problems across Council systems

Our C2C customer contact centre, phone lines and email across the council are back up and running after yesterday’s technical difficulties. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The council website www.cardiff.gov.uk is also back online. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
