Welsh Game Fair Returns To Pembrey Country Park

Pembrey Country Park will host the Welsh Game Fair again this summer. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Organisers have confirmed they will return to the country park on the weekend of June 18-19. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Carmarthenshire County Council owns and operates Pembrey Country Park. Staff are now gearing up for a busy weekend, including extra requests for camping, and are advising people to plan ahead to avoid disappointment. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Cllr Meryl Gravell, Executive Board Member for Regeneration and Leisure, said: “As a local authority owned facility, Pembrey Country Park relies on the success of large events such as this to boost the funding available to run and improve the park. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
