Whist Drives Help Chairman’s Charity

The Chairman of Carmarthenshire County Council has been presented with a cheque for £1,250 towards one of his chosen charities.
Chairman Cllr Peter Hughes Griffiths received the cheque from Cllr Tyssul Evans towards Tenovus West Wales Cancer Care.
Cllr Hughes Griffiths said: “The money was raised through a series of whist drives during the winter and we’re very grateful to those friends.”
