As a daily user of public services in Merthyr Tydfil, the Council invites you to take part in its Residents’ Satisfaction Survey. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The purpose of the survey is to get your views and satisfaction on a wide range of issues and services relevant to Merthyr Tydfil. These include education, social care and waste management, where the Council spends the bulk of its money. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Council is determined, in partnership with other organisations, to improve the quality of services you receive. To help it achieve this, it wants to know what residents think.
