Merthyr Tydfil CBC and Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC have joined forces with Cwm Taf University Health Board and third sector partners Interlink and VAMT, to ensure the website is populated with a wealth of local information for its communities – from leisure to direct payments. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

It will form part of the wider work being delivered across Cwm Taf in response to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act, which is now in place to give people greater say in the care they receive and highlights how good-quality information is crucial to help people remain independent, manage their well-being and shape the care they receive. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
