Mr Natt joined Monmouth Leisure Centre via the National Exercise Referral Scheme from his GP due to Sleep Apnoea and Respiratory Problems. Natt also wanted to increase his physical activity levels, lose some weight and improve his general health / wellbeing. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

At the 16 Week Review Mr Natt averaged 3 gym sessions per week, losing almost 2 stone. When Mr Natt first started he was unable to complete 1/2 a mile without stopping for breath, now he can walk almost 2 ½ miles.
The lifestyle changes Mr Natt has made have also had a positive effect on his family inspiring his wife and both daughters to become members of the Fitness Suite at Monmouth Leisure Centre. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
