Monmouthshire County Council Leader Peter Fox said: “Monmouthshire County Council sends loyal greetings to Her Majesty on the occasion of her ninetieth birthday. She has diligently devoted her life to the service of our country and has been held in high esteem by her subjects and members of the Commonwealth as well as being widely admired across the world. For the vast majority of us she has been our sole monarch and has set unfailingly high standards. We wish her well and will raise our glasses to her good health.” ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
