This article is old - Published: Thursday, Apr 21st, 2016

Newport City Council’s telephone contact centre, and its Information Station service in the old station building on Queensway, will be closed briefly on the morning of Monday 25 April, between 8.30am and 10am. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

During this time customers can still email info@newport.gov.uk and requests will be dealt with as soon as operational services are resumed. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Alternatively, you can visit www.newport.gov.uk at any time where you can request council services, pay for things such as your council tax and report concerns on topics including potholes and fly-tipping. You will also find information and advice on all council services. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this brief break in service may cause our customers. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
