Behind-The-Scenes Glimpse For Pupils
Pupils from Roch School were given an insight into the working of Pembrokeshire County Council when they visited County Hall in Haverfordwest.
The group were invited by the Authority’s Chairman, Tony Brinsden, as part of European Local Democracy Week.
The toured various departments within the building and the visit concluded with a question and answer session in the Council chamber.
Class teacher Miss Moszoro said: “The children had an interesting morning finding out about different roles with County Hall.
“They particularly enjoyed the discussion which took place in the Council chamber giving them a true flavour of what happens in their local council.”
