Angela Miles, the Disability Sport officer for Pembrokeshire, has praised ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Pembrokeshire Boccia player and Paralympian Jacob Thomas, who was a finalist in the recent Disability Sports Awards. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Jacob was a finalist in the Male Athlete of the Year category, which was won by Aled Sion Davies. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Angela, who attended the event, said: “We are very proud of Jacob here in Pembrokeshire and we congratulate him on being in the final three in Wales. We would also like to congratulate Disability Sport Wales on delivering a spectacular event.” ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The awards, organised by Disability Sport Wales, were held at the Vale of Glamorgan Resort and sponsored by Arriva Trains Wales. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
