Proposed Change To The Conservation Area Boundary
Pembrokeshire County Council is consulting on a proposed change to the Fishguard Conservation area boundary at the former Junior School site at West Street Fishguard.
The site is also included within the ‘Chimneys Link Masterplan’, which has recently been the subject of a pre-application consultation exercise. Conservation Area.
Consent has already been granted by Welsh Government in 2015 for the demolition of the Fishguard Junior School, and subject to conditions (reference 14/1012/CA).
The Authority is inviting comments on the proposed amendment.

There will be a drop-in session with an opportunity to discuss the proposed change with officers of the County Council at Fishguard Town Hall on December 15th between 10am and 3pm.
All comments will be reported to Cabinet and will be taken into account before a formal decision is made.
