Resurfacing works on Cartlett Road

Resurfacing work on Cartlett Road, Haverfordwest will begin on Wednesday Morning (February 3rd). ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Cartlett Road is the dual carriageway adjacent to the Multi Storey in the Town. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The work is expected last until Friday evening and will result in occasional lane closures during the day and short, full lane closures during Wednesday and Thursday evening, weather permitting. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Diversions will be in place to accommodate the full lane closures. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Further work to undertake line painting and antiskid treatment will take place week commencing February 8th ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The work will be carried out by GD Harries. Fforest are contracted for traffic management. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Meanwhile, night time only resurfacing work will be carried out by the South Wales Trunk Road Agency on the road leading out from Salutation Square, Haverfordwest to Scotchwell roundabout from Tuesday, February 2nd. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The work is expected to take two days. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
