Singers Raise Over £100 For Charity
Staff at County Hall brought some Christmas cheer to County Hall this morning with a carol-singing session in aid of PATCH (Pembrokeshire Action to Combat Hardship).
More than £100 was raised by the singers, which will be donated to PATCH next week.
Leading the singing was Sarah Benbow from Pembrokeshire County Council’s music service.
Staff at the Thornton depot have also been busy this Christmas. Members of the transport and environment teams have collected ten hampers worth of food, toys, and other items and donated them to the their colleagues in the Child in Need team to distribute to local families in need.
