South West Wales’s largest trade show for the tourism and hospitality sector will take place at Haverfordwest from 10am – 4pm on Monday 20th March 2017. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

‘Supplier to Buyer’ is an annual event and is essential for anyone involved in the tourism leisure and hospitality industry. Organised by Pembrokeshire County Council and Pembrokeshire Tourism, the event invites producers, wholesalers and distributors of local produce and services across South West Wales together. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

It is an ideal place to showcase your product range, or any new editions direct to the trade. New this year is the opportunity for one to one meetings with Visit Wales for more information on grading, regional engagement and funding through the Tourism Investment Support Scheme (TISS). Also available is the ‘Business Hub’ drop in area for all business support providers. This will compliment the anticipated 100 trade exhibitors, providing a much bigger platform to entice a wider audience. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Joanne Welch, Food Development Officer from Pembrokeshire County Council, said: “There is an excellent array of producers in this region of Wales delivering first class, high quality produce. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

“This is a fantastic chance for the hospitality and retail sector to find out what products are available and where they are obtainable. It also gives suppliers the chance to get to know their buyers, the trade, as well as making new contacts to aid business expansion.” ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Liz Williams, Project Manager of Pembrokeshire Tourism said: “We are delighted to join up with Pembrokeshire County Council’s Food Development Team in bringing together this regional trade event once again. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

“It is a great opportunity for hospitality businesses to find new products, and develop interesting offers for their visitors, many of whom are now keen to find something distinctive and local to the area, and of course the ranges available for those with dietary requirements are increasing all the time as well.” ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Supplier to Buyer is a free to attend event and will be held at The Brithdir Hall at Withybush Showground, Haverfordwest on Monday 20th March. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
