Supermarket ban from Cathays man

Stanley Fletcher from Cathays Terrace, Cardiff, has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
He is now prohibited from shouting foul and offensive language in Cathays Terrace and Maindy Road.
The 70-year-old is also banned from entering the Lidl store and its car park on Maindy Road, approaching staff at the store, and any vehicle in the car park.
If he breaches the five-year order, he will be committing a criminal offence which could result in a prison sentence.
Anti-social behaviour officer Pc Alex Bourner said: “Stanley Fletcher has been causing anti social behaviour since 2012 and a lot of work has been done in the last few months to resolve this problem.
“We hope he uses the restrictions placed upon him effectively and as a way of turning his life around.”
In October, Stanley Fletcher was issued with a Community Protection Notice but he breached conditions of the notice by continuing to cause alarm and distress to both Lidl’s staff and customers.
He appeared at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on January 21 when he was fined £120 and made the subject of the CBO.
