Swansea Central Library will be closed on Sunday April 10 because of electrical works at the Civic Centre. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

The library, which is closed every Monday anyway, will be back open as normal on Tuesday April 12. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

A Swansea Council spokesperson said: “The nature of the works being carried out means the power supply to the east wing of the building will have to be shut down on Sunday April 10. The library will be closed for the day to accommodate these works, but normal Sunday opening hours will be in place at Killay Library and Oystermouth Library. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

“We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause. Central Library will be back open as normal on Tuesday April 12.” ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
