Award-Winning Fish Monger Comes To Pontypool

An award-winning sea food supplier is setting up shop in Pontypool Indoor Market every Thursday. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Vin Sullivan’s Fish Shack opens on Thursday 29 September and will sell fresh fish sourced from the best available sources and prepared by an expert fish monger. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The company, which is based in Blaenavon, recently won Best Seafood Supplier at the Wales Food Awards 2016, and has supplied some of the finest hotels and restaurants across the UK. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Paul Llewellyn from Vin Sullivan Foods said: “Many people are dissatisfied with the cost and quality of the fish from the big supermarkets, and we aim to bring quality fish back to the high street. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“We have many customers who travel to us from Pontypool, so this is a chance for us to come to them, and the market is an ideal location. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“All of our fresh fish is sourced from the best available, so we will always have something new on the menu for people to try.” ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
