More than 150 children took part in ‘make and take’ craft workshops at the Blaenavon World Heritage Centre and library over the half term holiday.
The environmentally friendly workshops were run by local art and craft shop Artie Craftie, and children were encouraged to bring in recycling from home to make something fun and creative.
Over the week, children transformed items such as pop bottles, kitchen rolls and old fabric into rockets, elephants and lanterns.
