Cwmbran Boating Lake Car Park To Reopen For Easter

This article is old - Published: Wednesday, Mar 16th, 2016

The southern carpark at Cwmbran Boating Lake is to reopen on Thursday 24 March in time for the Easter bank holiday weekend. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

The car park has been closed since February for improvement works and it may be necessary to close the carpark for a short period after Easter to allow the final elements to be completed. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

In the mean time, the council is asking visitors travelling by car to consider local residents in the area and park responsibly. Parking is available at the nearby Llanyrafon Golf Club and Llanyrafon Manor, and the car parks at Southfields. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
