There will be plenty of Easter activities for children as part of Pontypool Spring Vintage Day this weekend (Saturday 26 March). ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

A children’s Easter egg hunt that will take egg-hunters on an adventure throughout the town takes place from 10am, starting at Pontypool Indoor Market. Children can take part at any point during the day and simply need to collect an entry form from the indoor market office. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Osbourne Lodge Nursery is also organising an Easter bonnet competition and a parade which will march through the town at 1:30pm. For details contact Nikola Masters on 01495 752234. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

Throughout the day there will also be rides and activities for children, as well as stalls selling everything vintage, dress making workshops, hair styling, the chance to have a vintage photo shoot and vintage vehicles on display in the town centre. There will be live music in the market, and the Salvation Army band and a Welsh bagpiper will be playing in the town. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌
