Easter Waste And Recycling Collections

There will be no waste and recycling collections in Torfaen on Easter Monday (28 March) and all collections that week will take place a day later than scheduled. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The revised collection dates are as follows: ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

  • Friday 25 March 2016 (Good Friday) will be collectied on Friday 25 March 2016
  • Monday 28 March 2016 (Easter Monday) will be collectied on Tuesday 29 March 2016
  • Tuesday 29 March 2016 will be collectied on Wednesday 30 March 2016
  • Wednesday 30 March 2016 will be collectied on Thursday 31 March 2016
  • Thursday 31 March 2016 will be collectied on Friday 1 April 2016
  • Friday 1 April 2016 will be collectied on Saturday 2 April 2016

Please note that from Friday 25 March until Saturday 2 April collections crews will start their rounds from 6am. Residents are asked to have their waste and recycling at the kerbside or collection point ready for 6am. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
