Happy Mondays at Greenmeadow Community Farm

Greenmeadow Community Farm are introducing ‘Happy Mondays’ at the farm this month. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Happy Mondays will focus on well-being for adults of all ages and encourage you to try something new. This Monday will see a fun packed day from 10.30am starting with Otago, a unique form of gentle exercise, strengthening your balance and aiming to prevent falls, especially for older people. You will also have time to meet some of the animals in ‘Cwtch Corner’, learn a little more about and health and well-being and much more. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Happy Mondays will take place on the following dates: ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
