Temporary Closure Of Commercial Road In Talywain

A section of Commercial Road in Talywain, from the junction with Commercial Close to the old St Thomas’ Church, will be closed this Saturday 23 April and Sunday 24 April between 7am and 5pm. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The closure is to allow contractors to carry out carriageway resurfacing and other minor works related to a new pedestrian crossing. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The closure is likely to cause disruption to local traffic. Signage will be in place and every effort will be made to complete the work and reopen the road as soon as it is practical to do so. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
