Palmerston Primary School Shines In Recent Inspection

PALMERSTON Primary School shone in a recent inspection, as it rated as excellent in a host of departments. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The school was given the best possible mark in all but one category by inspectorate Estyn. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Teaching, learning experiences and leadership were among the 11 areas that received the highest praise, a fitting reward for the effort put in by pupils and staff. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

“A double excellent result overall is a testament to the professional and dedicated team of staff and governors, wonderfully supportive parents and superb children at Palmerston Primary School,” said Acting Headteacher Katy Edwards. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
