Appeal Following Fatal RTC In Maiden Wells Saturday

The Pembrokeshire Roads Policing Unit is investigating a fatal RTC that occurred at approx. 3.30pm on Saturday August 13, near to Gilmead Methodist Church in Maiden Wells. A blue Volkswagen Poloand a 76 year old female pedestrian were involved in the collision. Sadly, the female pedestrian sustained fatal injuries at the scene. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The road was closed for approximately six hours. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone with any information, to contact PC 407 Muckle by calling 101. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
