Police Appeal Following Sexual Assault In Carmarthen

Dyfed Powys Police is investigating a report of a sexual assault on a female in the vicinity of St Peter’s Car Park, Carmarthen. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The incident occurred between 3-3.30am on Saturday, December 17. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

A small section of the car park remains cordoned off to allow forensic examination. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious in that area to contact Carmarthen CID immediately by calling 101. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
