Second Arrest Made In Private Matthew Boyd Murder Investigation

Detectives investigating the murder of Private Matthew Boyd in Brecon confirm they have arrested a further man, aged 22, in connection with this offence. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
