Appeal To Trace Man As Part Of RSPCA Investigation

The RSPCA is today releasing a picture of a man we want to to trace as part of an on-going investigation. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

We are appealing for the man, or anyone who knows him, to get in touch. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The man was on Splott Road in Cardiff on Friday, 21 October in the late afternoon. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

RSPCA inspector Selina Chan said: “We need to speak to this man as soon as possible and are releasing this picture of him in the hope that he will get in touch with us, or that someone who knows him will contact us. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
