Appeal Following Robbery In Flint
An appeal for information and witnesses is being made following a robbery at ‘Cash 4 You’ store in Flint today.
Officers were alerted at 11.49am (Thursday, April 7) to the incident where three men entered the store on Chester Street. Once inside they made demands for money and a member of staff was assaulted, sustaining minor injuries.
The front widow of the store was also smashed during the incident.
DS Eleri Thomas said; “The offenders are believed to have left empty-handed after they were disturbed. They are got into a black vehicle which headed towards Oakenholt.
“Our investigations are at an early stage and we are keen to trace anyone who was in the vicinity at the time, or who may have witnessed the incident or saw the offenders to contact detectives at Mold CID on 101.”
Officers remain in the vicinity making inquiries and Crime Scene Investigators are also in attendance.
