Attempt Arson Prestatyn- Appeal For Witnesses

At around 4:20am this morning, Thursday 6th October 2016, Police were called to an address on Victoria Road West, Prestatyn following a reports of a man attempting to set a door to a property alight. Fortunately, no damage was caused and no one was injured but the man fled from the scene prior to Police arrival. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Detective Inspector Iwan Roberts at St Asaph CID said “North Wales Police are investigating this criminal act and I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time who saw any suspicious persons or activity, or indeed knows anything about this incident fire to contact Police immediately. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
