Cars damaged in Ruthin

Police are appealing for information after cars were damaged in Ruthin. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The damage happened between Sunday 27th and Monday 28th November whilst the cars were parked on the town’s Clwyd Street. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Two vehicles suffered extensive scratching to the paintwork and one wing mirror was kicked off. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

PC 1702 Chris Byron said: “The damage was caused by a sharp instrument and it is likely that other vehicles were scratched along the road. Hence I would like to appeal for witnesses or any further victims to come forward and contact myself on 101 quoting reference RC16180715 or RM16022630.” ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
