Fire in Llandudno Junction – Update 1

Emergency services remain at the scene of a fire in a commercial property on Vale Road, Llandudno Junction after an initial call at 19.29hrs this evening (Thursday 18th February). ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

A man has been treated at the scene for smoke inhalation. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

A number of properties neighbouring the location have been evacuated as a precaution. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

People are being asked to avoid the area to enable emergency services to deal with the incident. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are working closely together to bring the incident under control and return the area to normal as soon as possible. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
